A large, heavy, Vintage 1970s Mexican modernist bracelet by TUKA (Taxco region in Mexico) in solid sterling silver. The design features twin rows of polished silver beads joined by tubular bullet shaped bars, with rectangular stations inlaid with hardstones ( The stones have not been tested , but believed to be Malachite, Turquoise, Lapis lazuli , purple sugilite, and Onyx, consistent with Tuka and Mexican silver from the 1970\'s Secures with a box clasp and attached safety chain. Hallmarked MEXICO TB-83 TUKA .925; measures 7.5\" long and 1.5\" wide; substantial 155.6 g weight.About the maker / eraThe “TB-83” assay code follows Mexico’s post-1979 hallmark system: T denotes Taxco, B is the silversmith’s initial, and 83 is the maker’s registration number.
